Welcome to Grace of His Glory (GOHG), a distinguished supported housing service nestled in the heart of Mitcham, United Kingdom. Our meticulously designed 8-bedded facility caters to the housing and social support needs of adults facing mental health challenges and complex requirements.
Registered under the management of Grace of His Glory, our address at No.5, Hammond Avenue, Mitcham, CR4 ISR, serves as a haven for adults aged 18 to 64. Strategically situated, GOHG offers an oasis of tranquillity close to essential amenities. Established in March, our commitment to excellence has been steadfast.
At GOHG, we provide round-the-clock support to individuals grappling with mental health diagnoses, employing a person-centred approach. Our mission is to cultivate a secure and homely environment that fosters empowerment, independence, and choice. We strive to enhance our tenants' daily living skills, embracing an approach that acknowledges the importance of risk-taking and facilitating transitions to less supported settings.
Our staffed service operates 24 hours a day, with 1-2 dedicated staff members during the day and an attentive night staff for full-house coverage, or sleep-in arrangements for less than 5 residents. Staffing levels are flexible, adapting to individual needs, risk assessments, or incidents. Despite nearly a year in operation, GOHG has adeptly handled tenants with histories of high risk and complex needs. Our highly experienced and well-trained staff ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Situated in a peaceful area of Mitcham, our deluxe ensuite flats boast spacious interiors adorned with tasteful decor. Our communal areas exude a homely atmosphere, featuring indoor games, activity spaces, a tennis table, and a basketball court. Additionally, we are expanding our facilities to include a treadmill, exercise bike, and outdoor activities at the Mitcham Leisure Centre (Canons).
